❀ END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & USAGE POLICIES ❀

By acquiring, downloading, or interacting with my 3D assets, you are entering into a binding agreement with the following conditions. Failing to comply with any of these rules will lead to the immediate cancellation of your user rights, permanent community bans, and legal action if necessary.

1. Permitted Environments & Content Creation

These avatars are strictly licensed for private, individual gameplay inside VRChat. Bringing these models into other games or platforms requires my direct, written approval. You are more than welcome to feature my work in your videos or live streams (such as on YouTube, TikTok, or Twitch) provided that:

You legitimately purchased your own license (no pirated copies).
You clearly credit me as the artist.

2. Strict Prohibitions

You are absolutely forbidden from engaging in the following activities:

Selling, giving away, trading, or pooling money with others to buy my files.
Monetizing or selling customized variations of my work without my express written permission.
Distributing the files to peers, discord servers, or any third party.
Utilizing the models to promote discriminatory ideologies, political campaigns, or religious messaging.
Extracting, reusing, or ripping any original textures, modified parts, or commissioned pieces from my base files.
Uploading the avatars as "Public" in VRChat or attaching them to in-game avatar pedestals.

3. Customization & Third-Party Components

You are free to modify the avatars for your own personal enjoyment. However, your edits cannot incorporate stolen assets, nor can they be used to generate profit. All components I use on my avatars belong to their respective original creators; if you wish to reuse those specific parts on other projects, you must buy a legitimate license from those creators first.

4. Authorized Upload Assistance

To mitigate file theft, I provide a secure upload service for a flat rate of $5 USD.

Drop $5 into my 'Avatar Upload Service' product.
Enter my official Discord community.
Create a support ticket containing proof of both your avatar purchase and the upload fee. I will ensure the avatar is on your account within a 24-hour window.

5. Financial Policies & Non-Refundability

Every transaction is absolutely final. Because these are digital goods, no refunds will be granted for any reason.
